What are some traditional Italian soup recipes (vegetarian version)?

I would like to make a vegetarian Italian food. Do you have tried and true recipe for a soup?

You can do this in less than 1 hour: Yield: 6 servings. INGREDIENTS tablespoon olive oil 1 1 onion medium, chopped 2 carrots, 2 stalks celery, sliced 1 (16 ounces) diced tomatoes 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning plum 2 vegetarian bouillon cubes (I use beef broth) 6 cups water 2 zucchini, quartered and sliced 2 cups sliced cabbage 1 teaspoon salt, garlic salt and black pepper to taste freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional) DIRECTIONS: Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Sauté onion, carrot and celery until onion is translucent and vegetables are tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and Italian seasoning, and cook 5 minutes more, stirring frequently. bouillon cubes, dissolved in water, and stir the vegetables. Adjust heat to medium and cook about 10 minutes. Add zucchini and cabbage, sprinkle with garlic salt, and cook until tender, 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper serve.

Italian recipes are easy, fast and did not have much time or money?

Me and my two friends made a report of something Mission in Italy agriculture. We could choose any country and he agreed. Add the flour mixture. Mix in a balloon. Roll cookies into 2 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost immediately. Italian cookies Icing: 2 tbsp 1 tablespoon powdered sugar. melted butter 1 / 4 c. tea. 1 teaspoon salt. vanilla 1 / 4 cup Mix milk, sugar, milk, melted butter, salt and vanilla until smooth. Put on top of Italian cookies. You can always half the recipe if you do not want much.
