Have you ever taken a class in vegetarian cooking? Will it help to learn about nutrition? New recipes?

I recently heard about Natural Gourmet Institute, and if I lived on the East Coast I'm sure he'd join a class!

I've taken many cooking classes vegetarian and have learned a lot about substitutions for dairy products and eggs and sweeteners. I recommend taking a lot of classes – it will give more variety their meals.
