Particularly in southern Italy food .. Specifically Calabrese and especially Sicily Sardinia, where my family is … also occasionally other Moroccans and Palestinians Mediterranean recipes food …. I grew up with and that is a part of my life) Yes, this is me me in my avatar lol. and that's my name I have no southern accent !!!!!!! grrrr hahha sounds like I'm still in New Jersey!

Depend if you have the chops of being in a cooking show, and what you've got to share. Sicilian cuisine is represented quite well by Batali and Bastianich cooks, but the Sardinian cuisine and Palestinians are less explored. Moroccan cuisine has made appearances from time to time, but still under-represented, in short a kitchen that I would like to see more the near future. Spices and exotic ingredients and unique – or raisins figs Mediterranean couscous. I would like to see greater use of the tagine – container very unique cuisine.

Mediterreanean cookbooks?

What are the cookbooks in the right Mediterreanean cuisine? In particular, having to do with the Spanish Southern Italy and Provençal cuisine?

Chocolate and Zucchini: Daily Adventures in a Parisian Kitchen by Clotilde Dusoulier is a cookbook book pocket, published in May 2007. delicious recipes with a beautiful description of each. It's like having a conversation with author and cooking delicious. nice pictures taken by the author. Highly recommended!
