What is a good recipe for pasta?
I use small pasta, penne (small tubes). Once cooked and drained, mix some pesto sauce, raisins and some fat. It is also very good with chicken pieces. Everyone thinks it sounds horrible raisins in it, but then they try and like it! Try it once, if you like, then you have something new to add to the pasta, is fast, simple, inexpensive, and makes the dough a little sweeter. It's great! If you do not, then at least you tried. And it was so cheap you do not feel bad about wasting.

I do best is the bacon, grilled with chilli and garlic, tomato paste and tomato puree, and a good dose of white wine are added. Cooked down, stirred by some nice linguine, sprinkled generously with olive oil and Parmesan. Takes 12 minutes tops! Another good shrimp, olive oil, garlic and white wine, fried for 5 minutes with a few red pepper flakes and mix with pasta and a touch of cream if you have!
