What do the Italian Olive Garden? Authentic? Or close to reality?
To clarify: in the U.S. is difficult for anything to be authentic. We have many corporate chains of Mexican and Italian food and sushi and other dishes from faraway lands. I laugh when I see Mexican cooks who work in these places. Because # 1 if your in charge of a prestigious cooking school, or taught in a real Italian life, then it is impossible to be authentic. Frozen, ready to make the ingredients that are passed as foods that might be credible. Unless a store mom and pop with immigrants or secrecy family is transmitted, then a bad imitation. Does anyone know what the people coming here that these sites that mimic their native dishes?
um, garden Olive is not even close to authentic. Olive Garden is … rough compared to authentic Italian. the best friend of my grandmother in Italy almost a slap our waiter the olive garden for claiming shit sauce was authentic and that remind you of home. took a bite of everything and proceeded to go home and make marinara and meatballs.
