what is the name of the italian food that looks like a long, 1″ wide pasta strip rolled into swirl w/cheese?
I know I might not be explaining this well, but it’s basically a long strip of pasta that is 1″ wide, rolled over and over until it makes a swirl that’s about 4″ across. I don’t remember everything that’s squeezed in between, but there is some some white cheese (looked like ricotta) and some spinach. Sometimes, sections of the pasta swirl are also green. I’m dying to remember what this food was called so I can find a recipe (btw, I couldn’t find it on google images when I typed in key words). Thanks

Do you think a Chinese person could be an Italian food head chef successfully, or vice versa?
Do you think a Chinese person could be an Italian food head chef successfully, or vice versa? (In kitchen that have many sub-ordinate Italian decent, vice versa)
As I just realize that success in food is different from like mastering programming or inside laboratory. As food representing cultural image?
If you know someone who have succeeded this cross-cultural achievement, pls mention the name..
You know, the best Italian food I’ve ever had was prepared by a man named “Sharma” in the German town of Pforzheim – and he was Indian. So, my answer would be: If that Chinese chef can pull it off, nobody will care where he comes from. It’s about the food, not about the chef.
