Italian potluck ideas??

T have a theme I have Italian food for dinner. I'm looking for something quick and easy it can be done the night before. I have to work and before the end of the night!) I was thinking that meat and mozzarella cheese wrapped things (what is this?) Any other ideas? (Breadsticks and ceasar salads are good and expensive) no no no, no mannicotti-cold as an appetizer

I know what ur talking meat, but do not know the name. You could buy marinated artichokes (canned or jar) roasted red peppers, banana rings black and green olives, pickled garlic, pickled asparagus and carrots and make a plate of antipasti with cheeses and meats or find a recipe to make ur own and put it in the fridge, assembled and packaged and just bring it.
