How are these foods?

Hello. I have a dinner tomorrow night and do not know what to do. I am a beginner cook, and I do not know much complicated recipes. A simple egg salad or pancakes is basically all I know .. Recently, the websites I've seen recipes that I have disappointed. People coming in are Italian, and I would prepare an authentic meal, delicious Italian food for them. Can someone give me some recipes for Italian food and good drink? I vote the best answer :-)
