Why do you like or not like them?

I love all Italian food…Lasagna, bake ziti, chicken marsala, chicken parmasean….Yum…now I’m hungry for some pasta!

Would you be willing to eat authentic Italian dishes served at a restaurant?

Example, rabbit cacciatora? osso bucco( braised veal shank)and if so how old are you? and would you go if there were only a few entrees that changed frequently, to ensure quality and fresshness of ingredients? Also, would you choose something you have not heard of, or something your familliar with. thank you

Of Course – authentic is the Only way to go!
Places that serve authentic cuisine is what we prefer as we dislike how so much good food has become really bad as it becomes “americanized”.
We’ve been to places where the menus never change, and ones where they only serve a very few dishes, but they do it excellently, and we’ve never been disappointed.
We always try new things – it makes life more interesting and there are SO many amazing foods out there from so many different cultures, you have to try it all at least once.

We are in our mid 30’s and have always preferred authentic “anything” – americanized foods are too boring for our tastes.
