Cooking oil spray VS?

What do you use? Why? I can use cooking spray because there is no fat. I have the extra virgin olive oil spray when I cook Italian food, oil spray when cooking corn for Mexico / other, and a regular non-stick spray when cooking Asian food. When tell others about how cooking spray reduces the 50grams of fat that can be eaten if the food was cooked in cooking oil, in fact I can not believe I've been fattening their bodies for a long time the use of oil when the food ends up tasting excellent and so .. probably even better knowing that it is very fattening. I know to cook with olive oil is very healthy, but it is still fattening.

Know what a serving … because "fat" can be misleading … Fat-free cooking sprays and sprays really fat-free butter? This answer is not simple. Nonstick cooking spray aerosols and butter are vegetable oils, so surely contain fat. However, thanks to spray technology, a portion produces a very small portion of the content of fat is negligible. And according to the laws of nutrition labeling, a product can be labeled fat free if a serving contains less than 0.5 grams fat. That said, fat free butter spray and may be a useful tool when you're watching your weight, take it easy on the trigger, or you'll get calories (fat and more) than I expected. However, in reality, a customer made the mistake of thinking meant fat-free white card, and used a bottle entire "I Can not Believe It is not Butter 'spray in your diet-friendly vegetables and baked potato. That's more than 800 calories of pure fat!

Leaving next weekend, need recipes?

I have little experience in cooking (some recipes are not Italian) and need some quick and easy (something healthy) recipes, ingredients that should always be in the closet. my goal is to start to carry food, instead of throwing Easy Mac cup in the microwave thankss!

A potato baked with canned chili poured over it is easy cheap and filling. You may have other half of the chili in a tortilla or nachos do with it. With canned tuna (or chicken) could make tuna salad or tuna mixed with cooked pasta and a few cold cooked peas. (Throw some frozen peas with the pasta) A pound of meat ground could become hamburgers, chili mac, or taco sauce SPAG. Enjoy your freezer and keep frozen vegetables in bags that allow you to take only what you need. Make a big pot of soup on a lazy Sunday and freeze in 2 cup portions to have something to share those days when you are too tired to think of the kitchen. You can enter the ingredients in the pantry and the Allrecipes.com site features dishes that can be made with regard to hand. Any cooking done at home is cheaper and healthier than what you get in a restaurant. Good luck!
