What do you consider to be the bible of authentic Italian cooking (not Italian-American)?
I loved the movie Julie and Julia, but I am not a fan of French food. Julia Child’s book has been considered the bible of French cooking (in English) so I was wondering what you would consider to be the bible of Italian cooking.
Many consider “The Classic Italian Cookbook” by Marcella Hazan to be one of, if not the best.

well since spaggetti tastes good with this should i make regular spagetti or the funk shaped pasta that look like pillows or does it matter? and also in ur opinion what is the best spagetti sauce that u would use for this recipe?
