what shall i have for dinner at an italian restaurant thats is healthy/ better for you than other food?

Hi, im going to an italian restaurant tonight for dinner and want to know what is a healthier than other stuff. i tried looking up the resturant online and it doesn’t have a site.
Also, today i bought a quiznos sub ( classic italian) so i had carbs there. Today i also won’t have time to work out but tomorrow first thing in the morning i am.
I know its kinda hard to guess whats on the menu but any experiences you had at italian restaurants?

I would order something without cheese, or minimal cheese..no pasta..
How about veal marsala? There is a touch of butter, but I think it’s a healthier option.

Or Shrimp Fra Diavolo..or steamed mucles in white wine and garlic.
