Authentic Italian Recipes
Does anyone have an authentic Italian recipe for spaghetti sauce, preferably something from the mother country?

Red Bianco Recipe 1 1 / 2 pounds of ground beef 1 1 / 2 pound Italian sausage 1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 small onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 16 oz tomato sauce 6 ounces tomato paste 1 / 2 small carrot, grated 2 teaspoons dried oregano 1 bay leaf 1 stalk celery, halved 6 large mushrooms 2 to 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning 2 cups red wine 2 to 3 pounds of pasta, cooked al dente when the sauce is ready grated Parmesan, optional Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and sausage and cook until both are golden. Set aside. Heat butter and olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until soft, do not let brown. Add the tomato sauce and pasta. Add 44 oz of water (2 cans each of the tomato sauce and pasta filled with water). Stir and add all remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese. Add the golden flesh. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer very low, reducing the heat as necessary. Simmer very slowly for 3 to 4 hours, checking occasionally taste and adjust seasoning accordingly. (The long cooking time is essential). When the sauce has reduced considerably and thickened considerably, remove the celery and bay leaf. Serve over cooked pasta and top with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

may share some authentic Italian dessert recipes with me?

I'm looking for something exotic and (please, no cream, tiramisu few puffs etc.)

I have friends from Foggia, and each time I visit dessert is not really a big problem. There are many beautiful tasty dishes that are offered are usually not care much for dessert. Or is it just a small cup of homemade ice cream or a nice store to buy cakes is everywhere in Italy. I have been in southern Italy, so I do not know if it's different in other places!
