How do you feel when the real "Chinese food" .. or "authentic" Italian food is MEXICAN ….

I'm disappointed with my Mexican brothers and sisters be used to cook food that is unique to other cultures .. This is not intended as an attack on other races … but we frequent the companies that advertise ""…" Chinese soul" or "Italian" and Mexican chefs really? Honestly, I'm not attacking the chefs .. I quetioning the authenticity of the food prepared .. I love Mexican .. I can wait until they get back to California and Texas! Viva Mexico ..!

Yes is a bit disappointing when you expect to see people of that race to serving authentic cuisine. I had an experience a while ago when I went to a restaurant and saw only eastern Danish as cooks and waiters. However, I was quite happy and the food was served, we were very good.

Marinara sauce authentic?

I live next to an Italian and his mother is a cook surprising, however, I make a dish with Marinara some impressive to blow the socks! Help! In addition, all marinara recipes low in fat, too?

Add parsley and basil and simmer until reduced to a consistency of a sauce, about as 15 minutes. and adjust the seasoning. If sauce tastes too acidic, add baking soda and cook for 5 minutes. If you need a touch of sweetness, add sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the basil stem before serving.
